Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the project team on BIM modelling development, ensuring the BIM model accurately reflects the Architect’s design intent and incorporates the latest design updates.
- Update and maintain Architecture BIM models, ensuring they align with the most recent design changes.
- Provide proficient BIM technical support for office-wide projects, including troubleshooting, BIM model assistance, documentation support, and family creation/maintenance for projects. Ensure final documentation follows submission and tender quality standards.
- Understand Singapore’s BIM submission requirements and assist the team in updating BIM documentation to meet these standards.
