• Proven experience as a BIM Architect with a deep understanding of the BIM process from concept through to completion.
• Proficient in BIM software tools such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD, with the ability to train and mentor junior staff.
• Strong architectural design skills with the ability to integrate complex data sets into comprehensive and functional BIM models.
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise deadlines within a dynamic work environment.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory guidelines in order to ensure compliance in all BIM processes.
