Sensori is seeking an experienced BIM Lead to join our growing European operations. You will take full ownership of BIM delivery across complex, high-value projects - leading a dedicated team of BIM professionals and driving best-in-class digital construction processes. This is a senior, high-impact position for a technically strong individual who can lead, mentor, and collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary project teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and mentor the BIM team across designated projects, delegating workloads and overseeing performance
- Ensure BIM deliverables and deadlines are met in line with agreed project schedules, with early escalation of issues
- Establish and maintain clear BIM workflows from project commencement; provide weekly status reports on progress, constraints, and hours
