Job Overview

We are looking for a BIM Modeler with mandatory Scan-to-BIM experience to develop accurate Architectural and Structural BIM models from point cloud data. The candidate should be proficient in Revit and familiar with BIM coordination workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create Architectural and Structural BIM models in Revit from point cloud data.
• Develop accurate as-built models following project requirements and LOD standards.
• Perform point cloud-based modeling and quality checks.
• Create and manage Revit families.
• Conduct clash detection and coordination using Navisworks.
• Prepare and review drawings in AutoCAD.
• Use Bluebeam for markups and documentation review.
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
