Responsibilities
- Develop and refine technical drawings and 3D models using BIM software.
- Analyze and integrate project specifications, layouts, and design requirements into drafting work.
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and project teams to ensure precision and adherence to industry standards.
- Manage and update project documentation and drawing records.
- Support in identifying and resolving design and technical challenges during project execution.
- Proficiency in BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks).
- Complete at least 2 HDB/Condo Project
- Must have minimum 3 years of experience in drafting for M&E construction in Singapore.
