BIM Modeler - Plumbing

We're on the lookout for engineers who have strong proficiency in ArchiCAD and/or Revit, and are keen to pursue a career based on BIM skills. Immediate availability would be additional value. The criteria and JD is thus: Experience: 1 years of professional, post qualification experience Education: B.Tech/Diploma Discipline: Plumbing modelling Skills: Above average understanding of Plumbing design concepts, project detailing and development, execution and technical drawing Above average skill in Revit modelling of Plumbing disciplines up to LoD 400 Familiarity with allied software such as Navisworks, BIM Collaborate Pro, and CAD applications Ability to read and generate Plumbing technical drawings for project delivery and coordination Ability to visualize projects through drawings, relate drawings to models and metadata Co-relate all of the above and analyse inter dependencies and implications Strong skill in ArchiCAD/Revit - modelling and technical drawing generation.
