BIM Specialist

Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs). Ensure BIM standards, protocols, and workflows are consistently applied across projects. Coordinate architectural, structural, and MEP models to ensure seamless project integration. Perform model audits and quality assurance checks to maintain model accuracy and integrity. Conduct clash detection using Navisworks and facilitate coordination meetings to resolve design conflicts. Support project teams with BIM methodologies, Revit best practices, and technical guidance. Manage model sharing, data exchange, and collaboration processes within Common Data Environments (CDEs). Assist in the development and continuous improvement of BIM standards, templates, and libraries. Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM deliverables meet client and project requirements.
