About the job:
The Biomedical Service Engineers work closely with the Health Facility, Sales department and Project Management. He/She will handle pre sales, post and after sales service, such as preventive maintenance, repairs, and installation of Medical Machines and equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide services for equipment installation, repairs, and maintenance
- Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
- Provide technical assistance to clients and clients’ end users
- Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up
