  Scope of Work Includes: Blade repairs (minor & complex) 
Blade inspections 
Leading Edge Protection (LEP) 
Aerodynamic upgrades 
  What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in blade repair, upgrades and composite works 
Strong technical understanding of wind turbine blades 
Safety-focused mindset and ability to work at height  
Essential valid industry certifications (e.g. GWO, IRATA etc.)
