**Objective**:

- Review all new loan files within 48 hours of receipt.
- Verify that all required disclosures have been issued on time.
- Identify missing documents or errors that may affect eligibility or regulatory compliance.
- Maintain and follow up on an active portfolio of 25 or more loans.
- Request, verify, review, and track necessary documents according to Automated Underwriting System (AUS) requirements, investors, and regulatory agencies.
- Use specialized systems such as Encompass for file management.
- Organize and prepare loan files for submission to the underwriting department.
