Blueprint & Material Take-Off Coordinator (Fire Protection)

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Blueprint & Material Take-Off Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for reviewing fire protection system drawings, performing material take-offs, preparing fabrication lists, and supporting project execution from the pre-construction stage through fabrication. The successful candidate will work closely with Designers, Project Managers, Estimators, Fabrication personnel, and Field Operations to ensure accurate material procurement and fabrication planning.

Responsibilities

• Review fire protection blueprints and prepare material lists and fabrication list for shop
• Coordinate work with design team and office staff
• Create legible material lists and fabrication cut sheets
• Assist with fabrication administration
