Role Overview
The BCBA provides clinical supervision, caregiver training, and approved indirect and administrative services to assigned clients.
Required
Current BCBA certification in good standing.
Client Caseload
- Minimum: 1 active client
- Maximum: Up to 20 active clients
- Caseload assignments are determined by availability, experience, and operational needs.
Service Hour Categories & Definitions
All BCBA time must be classified as Direct , Indirect (Clinical) , or Administrative (Non-Clinical) . Accurate classification, documentation, and approval are required.
Decision Rules (Applies to All Hours)
If the activity impacts treatment or clinical decision-making → Indirect .
If the activity is coordination, communication, or availability → Administrative .
