*Must reside in the state where services are being delivered
*To Start - this would need to be 100% in-person (home/school/community (NO Clinics).
*After the 1st Month: you can switch to 50/50 telemedicine & in-person (so 1 week in person, the next week telemedicine (as long as the funder allows it)
