Board Expectations

Support the CEO and Senior Leadership team in propelling the organization’s Strategic Plan forward.

Be highly engaged and committed to strategic goals and objectives.

Provide high‑level oversight to ensure planning and service delivery remains responsive, agile, and progressive.

Demonstrate integrity, inclusiveness, partnership, and evidence‑based innovation.

Provide consultation through effective and progressive problem solving.

Act as a strategic thinker.

Coach and mentor board members and stakeholders.

Exhibit visionary leadership.

Reflect CDRCP’s values.

Terms & Commitments

Minimum three‑year term (September 2026 to September 2029).

Serve on at least one Board Committee, typically virtual (approximately once per month).
