Main tasks:

 Design and lead technical training in automotive bodywork and paint.

 Pass on best practices related to bodywork repairs, straightening, element replacement, and paint finishes.

 Train on surface preparation techniques, paint application, touch-ups, and quality control.

 Ensure compliance with quality, safety (HSE), and environmental standards.

 Evaluate trainees' acquired skills and monitor their skill development.

 Support field teams in continuous improvement of technical performance.
