Qualified Boilermaker Red Seal
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Shop Foreman or similar role
5-10 years’ experience in a boiler workshop or similar metal fabrication environment
Solid understanding of steel fabrication, machining, laser cutting, and plasma cutting processes.
Responsible and accountable
Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
Strong problem-solving, leadership and communication skills
Able to manage a team of 50+ employees in the workshop
