As a Booking Agent at SmartHop, you will have the opportunity to lead our customers—the truckers—to success. You will leverage our technology to improve every aspect of our customer’s business. In this role you will be in charge of researching, negotiating, and booking freight on behalf of our customers using our freight booking technology.
Your role is vital because you are the heart of our operations; the decisions you make will affect the overall success of both our customers and our company. You will also provide expertise for technological improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
