Qualifications
- Graduate of accountancy, accounting technology or related course.
- At least 2 years of work experience in an accounting department.
- Proficient with computers and bookkeeping software; strong typing skills.
Responsibilities
- Recording transactions in appropriate company account ledgers using spreadsheets or accounting software.
- Reviewing account ledgers for accuracy and correcting errors, such as duplications or typos.
- Preparing and filing basic financial documents, such as income statements, profit and loss statements and totals by account.
