Duties include: 

  • Maintainall financial recordsin compliance with Law Society regulations. 
  • Managealldaily financialtransactions. 
  • Prepare quarterly balancing statements. 
  • Prepareand fileVATreturns. 
  • Processweekly payroll and ensure revenue compliance. 
  • Oversee day-to-day office administration, IT supportand ensure efficient office operations. 
  • Requirements 

  • Experience in legal bookkeepingessential. 
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. 
  • Ability to work on own initiative witha high levelof confidentiality.
