Job Description
- Act as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) in GuideWire Integration and provide technical leadership to the team - Collaborate with multiple teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of integration and business requirements - Take ownership of team decisions and guide delivery of technical solutions - Analyze, design, and document business processes and workflows - Identify inefficiencies in existing processes and recommend improvements - Develop and implement strategies for business process optimization - Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements - Provide solutions to complex technical and business problems across teams - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and ensure alignment with best practices
