Overview

This role is part of a support team responsible for enhancing and maintaining integration platforms powering critical business processes across the Australian region. The role supports Australian‑based customers and may require alignment to Australian business hours or staggered shifts. The role is responsible for high‑quality service delivery, strong customer engagement, continuous improvement of integration services, incident management across the team, root‑cause analysis, reporting, and commercial outcomes by identifying opportunities for service improvement, optimisation, and value‑add initiatives.

Key Accountabilities

  • Provide L2/L3 operational support for integration platforms (primarily Boomi, and also WebMethods, Azure).
