Description

The clerk responsible for the boutique manages the merchandise of the department while providing good customer service by responding to customer needs.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide exemplary customer service

  • Order merchandise

  • Set-up promotional displays (end caps, shelves...)

  • Manage returns and surplus merchandise

  • Keep planograms up to date

  • Manage expired products

  • Ensure boutique department standards are maintained

  • Manage prices
  • Requisite skills and knowledge:

  • Secondary School diploma

  • Highly developed customer service and communication skills

  • Responsible and dynamic
  • The position is offered by the pharmacy owner(s).

    Education : None
    Experience : 1 to 2 years experience
    French Language : Very good knowledge
    English Language : No knowledge
    Other : Word, Excel, ...
