Job Description

Responsibilities

Build, develop, and lead a high-performance sales team with a strong focus on clienteling and conversion

Drive boutique revenue through disciplined KPI management, pipeline development, and sales leadership on the floor

Cultivate and maintain relationships with high-value clients, focusing on repeat business and long-term loyalty
