Non-Negotiable Requirements:

  • With BPO Telco / Telco Sales background or with at least 2 years and above of BPO operations supervisor / team leader experience.
  • No specific number of months or years of experience required

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Hiring, training, scheduling, and evaluating employee performance.
  • Operational Efficiency: Monitoring, improving, and managing day-to-day production workflows and processes.
  • Compliance & Safety: Ensuring adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and preparing reports to evaluate operational success.
