Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

Sales Systems & Ticket Support 

  • Serve as first-level support for sales and revenue systems, including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Gong, Magentrix, ZoomInfo, Mindtickle, DealHub, GeoPointe, Trellus, Chili Piper, Traction Complete, DocuSign, and related tools.  

  • Manage intake, triage, and resolution of inbound sales operations tickets.  

  • Resolve a majority of routine issues independently and escalate complex issues as needed.  

  • Track ticket volume, backlog, and resolution timelines to support continuous improvement.  

CRM Data Hygiene & Auditing 

  • Conduct routine (weekly and monthly) audits across CRM objects to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
