FilipinoPo based in Pampanga is looking for a BPO Trainer to identify training needs and enhance team performance. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience as a Trainer in a BPO setup.
The role involves on-floor follow-up, creating training content, and managing multicultural teams. The salary package is between Php27,000 and Php40,000. Work location is in Clark and candidates must be amenable to a shifting schedule.
