Job Description
Concentrix is seeking a Training and Quality Manager in Pasig. The role entails developing a professional training department and evaluating training programs. Candidates must have at least 3–5 years of experience in a Training and Quality role in a BPO environment.
A solid understanding of BPO quality frameworks and strong communication skills are required. Proficiency in MS Office and QA/LMS tools is advantageous.
