Job Description
Teleperformance is hiring a Trainer in Kuala Lumpur to support the Customer Service team. You will facilitate training for new hires, conduct performance assessments, and help develop training materials. To qualify, you need a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field, 2 years of training experience in BPO, and proficiency in Malay and English. Knowledge in instructional design and MS Office is preferred. This role is key to maintaining performance standards in the team.
