**Job Description**
The Brake Press Operator sets up and operates press brake machines to fabricate sheet metal components to precise specifications. You interpret technical drawings, select optimal forming methods, and ensure parts meet tight tolerances and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
**Responsibilities**
+ Set up and operate press brake machines, including the person and Diacro press brakes, to form sheet metal components.
+ Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions accurately to determine job requirements.
+ Determine optimal forming methods and sequences to maximize efficiency and maintain high quality.
+ Fabricate parts to print while consistently maintaining required tolerances and dimensions.
+ Perform routine in-process and final inspections of parts during and after the forming process.
