About the Role
The Business and Branch Engagement Officer plays a pivotal role in driving the strategic promotion and adoption of business-specific products, channels and services. This role is responsible for crafting and executing integrated marketing campaigns, customer engagement initiatives, and internal enablement programs that effectively communicate the segment’s value proposition. By collaborating closely with internal channels like branches, product, sales, digital, and analytics teams, the officer ensures that offerings are positioned compellingly to target customers while empowering internal stakeholders to advocate and deliver on the segment’s promise.
