Responsibilities
- Responsible forthe overall management, administration, and profitability of the branch.
- Oversee and ensure efficient,accurate, andtimelyprocessing of all branch transactions.
- Implement and enforce operational policies, internal controls, and regulatory compliance.
- Manage branch cash flow,maintainadequate cash levels, and ensure secure handling of assets.
- Recommend andmonitorbranch operational plans and budgets; analyze variances and address gaps.
- Conduct regular branch meetings to discuss performance targets, new policies, and operational concerns.
- Ensuretimelysubmission ofaccurateoperational and financial reports.
- Maintain and regularly review the branch’s organizational structure foroptimalproductivity and service quality.
- Conduct periodic cash counts, review daily cash proof sheets, and manage petty cash funds.
