Job :
  • Supervise and coordinate all agency activities and ensure the achievement of agency objectives and the individual objectives of your team.

  • Implement and lead the commercial strategy of your agency.

  • Monitor key performance indicators of your agency and develop action plans to achieve set goals.

  • Ensure the development of credit activities as well as financial inclusion products and services, according to the set objectives.

  • Guarantee quality customer service, and promote a customer-centric culture within the agency.

  • Ensure good administrative management of the agency and the security of the premises.

  • Plan work schedules, train staff, and evaluate individual performance.

  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies at the agencies under your responsibility.

  • Identify and report potential operational risks to the Agency Group Manager.
