Overview

This role requires a commercially strong leader with a proven track record in managing a technical service/profit centre , driving operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical & Operations Management

  • Lead and manage a team of service technicians
  • Ensure optimal staffing levels with appropriately skilled technicians
  • Plan and allocate workloads effectively
  • Develop and implement technician training plans
  • Build a sustainable pipeline of technical talent

2. Administration & Process Control

  • Oversee all branch administration related to:
    • Maintenance contracts
    • Payable service work
