What you'll be doing
- Oversee all branch operations, including sales, customer service, logistics and financial management
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth, improve operational efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction
- Lead, motivate and develop a talented team of sales, technical and administrative staff
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners and stakeholders in the region
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate closely with the wider IDS Medical Systems Group to share best practices and align on strategic priorities
What we're looking for
- Significant experience (8+ years) in a management role, preferably within the medical equipment or healthcare industry
