Responsibilities
- Enforce SG safety rules and the use of personal protective equipment.
- Coach staff on emergency procedures and conduct annual evacuation drills.
- Ensure employee safety certification and company safety certificates are up to date.
- Review the Open Order Report regularly.
- Ensure inventory counts are accurate and resolve discrepancies.
- Manage warehouse organization and perform real‑time inventory adjustments.
- Complete inspections and adjust the Inventory Matrix with sales.
- Oversee the monthly DAM/Sample Inventory Process.
- Plan routes for Kaycan fleet vehicles using GPS.
