- Grade 12 / Matric
- 510 years experience in a sales or branch management role
- Experience within the engineering, mining, or agricultural industries advantageous
- Proven sales and business development experience
- Experience managing branch budgets, stock control, and operational processes
- Strong understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Ability to manage customer relationships and resolve escalated issues effectively
- Strong administrative, reporting, and organisational skills
- Computer literate
- Valid drivers license essential
