- Candidate should be any Graduate/Post Graduate.
- Should have 4 years of experience in Two wheeler finance industry.
- Should be able to generate two wheeler business from dealership. Core responsibilities: Leadership and staff management: Motivate, train, and develop employees;
oversee hiring and performance evaluations. Operations management: Supervise daily operations to ensure efficiency and smooth functioning. Sales and business development: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales goals, grow the customer base, and increase market share. Financial management: Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and analyze financial reports to ensure profitability. Customer service: Provide high-quality service, resolve customer issues, and build strong relationships with clients. Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
