Job Description
Minimum Education
Graduation (Preferably in Business Studies)
- 5-7 years of relevant branch banking experience
- Proven track record in sales
- Strong communication, conflict management and customer services skills
- Understanding of and knowledge of KYC/AML regulations and Operational Risk
Key Responsibilities
- Uphold branch profitability by consistent growth of low-cost deposit portfolio and managing the overall cost of fund
- Ensure cross sell of all products under the Banks’ product umbrella
- Maintain & increase deposit portfolio as per the allocated budget
- Ensure continuous acquisition of NTBs and building a strong foundation with NTB Deposit
- Ensure deepening of overall existing and potential Customers
- Ensure effective problem resolution by ensuring that processes are understood & followed
- Maintain staff capacitation as per the plan
