Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Outlet Operations Management – Oversee daily operations to ensure service excellence, SOP compliance, hygiene, product quality, sales performance, manpower planning, inventory control, and customer service recovery.
  • Sales & Performance Monitoring – Set, track, and analyse sales targets, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions to improve outlet results.
  • Team Leadership & HR Management – Lead, coach, and develop outlet teams; support recruitment, training, performance management, attendance, and disciplinary matters in line with HR policies.
  • Financial & Administrative Control – Verify sales reports, cash handling, petty cash, bank‑ins, licensing compliance, and manage official correspondence with authorities.
