Job Description

The Challenges

  • Develop business objectives, strategies and plans for the Branch to grow profitability and meet the overall expectations of management as well as develop the department in alignment with the companys global short-term and long-term business visions and goals respectively.

  • Grow volume and revenue to meet or exceed the targets.
    Uplift corporate culture and values through development of internal communications to drive organizational excellence.

  • Act as a partnership to all internal and external, regional, and global business and support units.

  • Provide training, coaching, guidance, motivation and leadership to staff members to achieve the best results for the company.

  • Complete profit & loss responsibility in terms of operations, finance, and administration.
