Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives
- Identify business opportunities, convert prospects into clients, and expand market share

The Successful Applicant
- Proven experience in a fast-paced multinational environment
- At least 15 years of experience in sea freight forwarding, including leadership experience
- Fluency in Malay and English, Mandarin a plus
- Strong sales-driven mindset with the ability to identify and win new business
- Strong background managing multi-functional teams across operations and commercial functions
