Department: Sales & Operations Location: Lahore – Ferozpur Road Showroom
Reporting To: Head Office / Directors
Team Size: 11–20 Staff
Experience Required: 8–10 Years (minimum)

Key Responsibilities
- Own and deliver monthly revenue and gross margin targets for the branch.
- Develop and execute a structured sales plan covering retail, contractor, B2B (builders, architects, interior designers), and project channels.
- Personally drive high-value accounts and project pipeline; close large-ticket deals.
- Monitor daily sales activity, footfall conversion rates, and average transaction value.
- Step in personally to close high-value or complex deals that the sales team is unable to handle independently.
