Job Description

Responsibilities Responsible for achieving the branch's profitability targets.


Build and maintain a predetermined regional network, including generating leads for partnerships and SME financing, qualifying leads, and retaining and expanding existing relationships.


Identify business opportunities and develop promotional activities to increase sales.


Assume a leadership role, monitor daily activities, provide go-to-market strategies, and ensure their execution.


Regularly evaluate the performance of all sales, credit, and collection activities.


Requirements A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) or Commercial Banking, specifically in branch management.


Proven expertise in overseeing and managing sales, credit, and collection functions within a banking environment.
