Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Being in charge of the day to day operations of the branch
  • Preparation of work schedule, ensures that there is enough number of NA’s on the floor
  • Coach, motivates, guide and evaluate staff performance
  • Welcomes customers and guests, in charge of receiving payments
  • Generate additional sales opportunities by promoting and suggesting other appropriate services
  • Handles customer concerns
  • Checks and monitors supplies inventory, immediately advise the head office of unavailable items/stock in the branch
  • Perform any other tasks that management may require
