Job Functions:

• Develop and execute agent sourcing and recruitment strategies through advertising, networking, referrals,

job fairs, community events, and online campaigns to attract qualified candidates from target talent pools.

• Screen and evaluate applicants through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments to identify qualified

candidates aligned with role requirements and organizational values.

• Lead the onboarding and activation of new agents by coordinating training, orientation, resources, and

support to ensure readiness and effective representation of the organization.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents by providing ongoing support, guidance, and issue

resolution to drive engagement, collaboration, and performance.
