Qualifications
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a retail store manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, and sales strategies.
- Strong customer service orientation and the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Familiarity with meeting sales targets.
- Proficient in data analysis and problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field.
