Job Description

Location: BGC, Taguig

Work Arrangement: Onsite

To lead daily branch operations, enforce standards, and ensure all patient-facing and internal processes are executed consistently and correctly.

Scope of Work

• Oversee daily clinic operations (front desk, SCAs, clinical flow)
• Ensure proper patient handling from inquiry to post-care
• Monitor scheduling and maintain smooth patient flow
• Enforce use of tools, templates, and patient communication standards
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting
• Conduct daily spot-checks and correct issues immediately
• Coordinate with HR, Marketing, and Admin for branch needs
• Ensure clinic readiness, including equipment and supplies
