Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Activation
Plan and execute brand activation campaigns (BTL activities, in-store promotions, events, trade activations)
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and external agencies for seamless campaign execution
Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all touchpoints
Monitor and evaluate campaign effectiveness and ROI
Support new product launches through impactful activation strategies
Manage vendors and agencies, including negotiations and execution timelines

Training & Capability Building
Design and deliver product and brand training programs for sales teams, promoters, and distributors
Conduct on-ground training sessions during activations to ensure correct brand messaging
Develop training materials, presentations, and toolkits
Assess training effectiveness and identify skill gaps for continuous improvement
