Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Assimilation:

- Continuous immersion with customer and channel to bring about insights and counter measures for the smooth functioning of the brand.

- Unearth insights from primary & secondary research and be the voice of consumer logic.

- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors- activities to identify opportunities and key issues


  • Strategy Development:

- Collaborating with creative/advertising / Market research agencies to create communication strategy and define brand positioning & creation of brand voice
