Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Own and localize brand guidelines and seasonal positioning in alignment with global/regional brand direction.
  • Develop annual and quarterly brand plans including product focus, storytelling themes, and calendarization.
  • Analyze brand performance, customer insights, and competitor activity to drive strategic decisions.
  • Build and propose seasonal assortment plans based on historical performance, trends, and store needs.
  • Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) budgets and monitor utilization by category and drop.
  • Liaise with regional principals to finalize buys, price architecture, and product strategy.
  • Monitor stock performance, sell-through, aging, and initiate in-season actions (replenishment, transfers, markdown proposals).
  • Manage shipments across departments within brand.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure campaigns and VM align with product focus and brand stories.
